Congratulations on this edition of Heavent Meetings. We were able to organize together beautiful meetings with professionals of the event industry. The Heavent Meeting in which the Cannes Convention Bureau participated in 2012 and 2013 was a great success for us. The format of the show is perfectly adapted to the target and allowed us to make quality meetings at national and international level in a professional and fun context. For your information, we were able to organize a congress of 600 participants in November 2013 at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès following the 2012 edition. This year the show has generated 7 concrete requests for the destination Cannes which is very promising. Thank you to all the Tarsus team for this performance.
We have taken a major risk in mobilizing all our members for the Heavent Meetings Cannes 2013 exhibition. To date, we can confirm the great satisfaction of the majority of the professionals present, concerning the quality of the services, the visitors and the appointments with the Top Buyers. We inform you that we are studying on April 23rd, our presence at the 2014 edition which will certainly be of the same importance at least the same (35 members present). I would like to express my complete satisfaction with my second participation in the HEAVENT MEETINGS exhibition. I must say that the meetings with the buyers were of high quality and that it allowed me to meet both decision-makers that I did not know but also some that I knew but that I had difficulty meeting throughout the year because of our geographical distance. Moreover, and in view of my increasingly important implantation on the French Riviera, I was also able to meet and/or invite many clients that, due to lack of time, I usually have difficulty seeing. The location of my stand was also perfect, allowing me to be next to usual partners such as OPTIONS, which allowed us to have a certain commercial synergy. Since the event has been held in Cannes since 2003, the 2013 edition was the most productive! Thanks to the Top Buyers program, we were able to meet more than 100 clients on our 3 targets (advertising agencies - production directors). Heavent Meetings has become a unique opportunity to receive our customers on our terrace while presenting our latest innovative solutions in IMAGE on 20 meters of facade (3D screen without glasses, augmented reality with an avatar, 4mm led wall in a 9mm decor with a led floor). This triggered about fifteen appointments in our different showrooms with concrete projects. We needed to make IMAGE and BUZZ ... the objective was largely exceeded. We won't miss the 2014 edition by any means!
Our participation in the 2013 edition of HEAVENT MEETINGS was very positive. Apart from a dense programme of meetings, other visitors came to meet us to talk about their projects. As far as the organization is concerned, a very present and reactive team. We were also able to appreciate the organization of 2 successful evenings, moments of convivial meetings with all the participants. Moreover, we were happy to learn that among the winners of the Event's trophies, a prize was awarded to the SENSATION! agency for the 80th anniversary of the MAE. This event took place on one of our sites, at the CNIT Paris La Défense. We are delighted with the changes proposed for next year, in particular the scheduling of morning meetings and an improvement in the platform. Based on this promise, VIPARIS has already committed to the 2014 edition.
Due to our location in the heart of Europe, the Business Solutions offer meets the needs of international companies (EMEA). Heavent Sud is the only trade show to offer such an effective mixed formula (meeting on stand, business lunch, networking evening). During 2 days, we meet both French and international prospects and take the time to have in-depth discussions. The number of meetings is limited compared to other trade fairs, but the quality of the exchanges more than compensates for the rest. Next year, Business Solutions wishes to reinforce its presence at Heavent Meetings to capitalize on the positive effects of the formula and strengthen its ties with its prospects and clients.
I was very pleased with our participation in Heavent Meetings. It is true that it was my first participation, so I have no point of comparison, but both the organization of the show, the quality of the meetings and the location of the destination stand "Antibes Juan-les-Pins" were entirely satisfactory. We will certainly participate in next year's edition.

...More generally, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the lounge, the hosted buyers and the parties (especially that of the Château de la Napoule). Indeed, usually (for having made a certain number of them) the 3 criteria are never all present so congratulations. In conclusion, I will do everything I can to ensure that Monaco comes back in force in 2014...
